Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor for Germany and Europe. The Electrical Supervisor oversees the daily operations of electrical installations, ensuring that electrical work is performed according to design specifications, safety standards, and within the established timelines. Key Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate the electrical installation team on site. Ensure electrical work is carried out safely and complies with all relevant regulations. Review electrical drawings, plans, and specifications. Monitor and inspect the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to electrical installations. Ensure the availability of required materials, tools, and equipment for electrical work. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that electrical systems are installed correctly. Provide technical guidance to junior staff and apprentices. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding work progress. Ensure all electrical installations are tested and commissioned in line with the project schedule. Qualifications : Technical Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Proven experience (5+ years) as an electrical supervisor or technician in the construction or industrial sector. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical electrical drawings. Desirable Skills : Electrical installation certifications (e.g., IEE Wiring Regulations). Experience with managing teams in large-scale projects.
