Join us as a System Engineer (f / m / d) and become a key player in shaping the future of telecommunications in transportation.
- Your career path will take you into the dynamic world of international project business within rail technology, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and progress.
- You will create the technical blueprint for telecommunication systems such as radio, passenger information or transmission systems.
- Therefore, you will also draft the design documents, which include system architectures, interface descriptions and detailed design documents.
- Collaboration is the key - you'll work closely with customers, suppliers, and specialized departments to coordinate and define technical interfaces, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Throughout the project execution phase, you evaluate customer requirements and support their technical implementation.
What do you bring along?
- You hold a university degree (Bachelor’s) in an engineering field, at best in communications engineering, electrical engineering, or information technology.
- Moreover, you also bring several years of experience in one of the following areas : Development, engineering, or technical project management.
- You are characterized by a good knowledge of transmission systems (such as, LAN, WLAN, LTE or 5G).
- Ideally, you also bring initial practical know-how in other telecommunications systems from the railroad environment (e.
g., CCTV, SCADA, or telephony).
- Your proficiency in both German and English empowers seamless communication and collaboration across global teams, ensuring clarity and efficiency in project execution.
- You are committed to being based in Germany while participating in international projects.
