We are currently looking for a Trainee (initially 6 months with a view to long-term employment) for our Corporate and M&A department (un stagiaire pour notre département Droit des Sociétés et Fusions & Acquisitions - initialement 6 mois avec possibilité d'embauche).

Your Mission :

  • Involvement in several stimulating files which will allow you to discover and in turn apply the best technical methods in respect of international legal issues
  • Participating in meetings and calls with clients, in order to gain familiarity with Customer relationship management
  • Drafting of documentation
  • Completion of legal research in Luxembourg, French and Belgian law

  • The candidate should have :

  • Have a university degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Corporate
  • Have some first relevant experiences
  • Have excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Be able to learn quickly and work as part of a team
  • Have a perfect command of French and English, the knowledge of German would be an advantage
  • Have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt easily
