As a  Product Manager Electronics , you’ll lead the development of innovative control systems for modern heating technologies like heat pumps, solar, gas, and hybrid systems.

What You'll Do :

  • Designing and specifying control functions and hardware for safe, efficient system operation
  • Collaborating with international suppliers and internal development teams
  • Translating customer and system needs into technical solutions
  • Integrating connectivity and cloud-based features into product designs
  • Testing prototypes in lab and demo environments
  • Supporting lab and field testing for control and electrical systems
  • Creating technical documentation, competitor analyses, and component specs
  • Ensuring quality and managing electronic components across the product lifecycle

What We're Looking For :

  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Control Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in energy systems or electronics
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of control systems, energy management, BMS, communication protocols, electronics, and HVAC
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and structured approach
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
