StellenbeschreibungMigration of the Operational Risk datasets to the institution’s dedicated platform ‘Mega Hopex’, as well as development of relevant internal processes and manuals contributing to the migration; Assistance in the related preparation of the institution’s NFR quarterly report, incl. collection of data on the institution’s NFR (K)RIs and contribution to the Group’s NFR quarterly report. University degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields; A minimum of three (3) years relevant professional experience in operational risk activities; Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage. Level experience with Mega Hopex, MS Office, Copilot / AI. To work within tight deadlines, to react swiftly and effectively to new situations in a high-quality service environment; Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise; Disciplined approach whilst maintaining creativity and lateral thinking towards troubleshooting and problem solving; Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external counterparts; Team player. Starts with a two month contract (serving as trial period) with a high possibility of extension
