For our client in the telecommunications industry we are looking for a 1st & 2nd Level Supporter / SD-WAN (m / f / d) for the Hamburg location.

Your tasks

Job characteristics :

  • Fault processing and creation for SD-WAN in a service management center
  • The exclusive customer of the product is the IT department of a Europe-wide customer (retail sector)
  • Telephone support in German and English
  • 24 / 7 shift work incl. every 2nd weekend
