YOUR TASKS
- You will be part of one of the most professional email marketing teams in Germany
- In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and implement more than 700 campaigns annually for our PAYBACK partners together with our team, extracting the maximum potential from the campaigns through tests, analyses, and optimizations
- Additionally, you will be responsible for exciting projects aimed at continuously improving our campaigns and processes through increased automation and personalization
- You will work closely with colleagues from various internal departments as well as with our agencies and service providers
YOUR PROFILE
- You are passionate about email marketing and CRM and have relevant professional experience in these areas
- TKP, CTR, and HTML are not foreign words to you; you are interested in technical connections and quickly get familiar with new marketing tools
- You have a structured working style, are detail-oriented, and are not intimidated by complex processes
- You love tackling tasks, have strong communication skills, and are results-oriented
- You have a completed university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
- You have good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
