Requirements
- Degree in business administration, (business) informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification with experience
- Several years of professional experience (at least 3) in SAP CRM as well as initial experience in S / 4HANA Customer Management and SAP CX are an advantage
- Sound knowledge of cross-module process analysis and modelling
- Experience in project management and SAP projects
- Very good written and spoken German (at least B2)
- Spirit of discovery, strong communication and assertiveness as well as a high level of initiative
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Contact person and guide when it comes to the customer-centred alignment of company processes
- Initialisation of process and IT innovations for the digitalisation of business processes in the CRM areas of sales, service and marketing
- Conception and management of PR projects
- Transferring and transforming current SAP CRM processes into the future SAP CX and S / 4HANA architecture
- Agile collaboration with the relevant departments to develop and implement new epics and user stories (GitLab)
- Processing of change requests
- Independent processing of support and fault reports
