IT Systemspecialist
Your tasks
- Planning and operating complex IT systems to meet customer specifications and meet SLAs defined with customers
- Integration and configuration of complex IT systems into new and existing infrastructures
- Specialization in specific areas of responsibility within an IT environment (e.g. hardware virtualization networks operating systems or applications) with the aim of taking on responsibility as a service owner
- Detailed documentation of IT systems and processes
- Consideration of information security aspects
- Collaboration in projects and on a casebycase basis as a subproject manager
- Coordination with specialist departments service providers and suppliers
- Preparation of procurements in cooperation with purchasing for hardware and software components
