We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager W / M / D for our Salomon store in Zweibrücken !
As an Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in building and leading a high-performing store team ensuring :
- Set goals are achieved
- The brand standards are properly followed
- Delivery of operational excellence
You will provide the highest level of customer experience and assist with delivering the vision of the brand supporting and mentoring the Sales Associates with their personal and career development.
You will also act as a Training Ambassador for the store team.
Your Key Responsibilities :
Leadership
You will motivate and inspire the team linking to the vision for the store reflecting the brands core competencies and behaviorsYou will manage people operations and the store environment to achieve all set goals and operational standardsCustomer Service
You will act as a role model instilling the importance of customer service to the team and follow up through trainingYou will be present and visible on the shop floor interacting with customers and team membersOperations
You will ensure the company policy and procedures are communicated in a timely manner and adhered to accordinglyYou will assist the Store Manager to meet or exceed budgeted store contributionYou will monitor a loss prevention program to protect the companys inventory and assetsTraining
You will assist the new hire onboarding process ensuring education on products and selling toolsYou will support staff development by training and coaching the in-store team ensuring they achieve sales goals and meet brand standardsMarketing / Events
You will develop and execute store events alongside the Store Manager and Community Marketing Experts with the goal of driving traffic and increase community involvementYou will support the Store Manager in marketing analysis and recaps (i.e post event results / competition benchmark / )SAL / FR

You are a dynamic and motivated professional with a genuine passion for the sports industry outdoor activities and fashion.
You know how to inspire and guide a team while ensuring high operational standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You Bring :
A proven ability to lead motivate and support a team with at least 1 years of Retail management experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to interpret business trends and use reporting to boost salesExcellent multitasking planning and organizational abilitiesA solid background in customer service and a commitment to delivering best-in-class retail experiencesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsFluency in English and proficiency in MS Office applicationsYou are proactive results-oriented and thrive in a customer-focused environment where you can actively contribute to the brands success.Additional Information :
