About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Onsite IT Technician to join our team at the FCC Industrial office in Germany. In this role, you will provide essential IT support, addressing incidents and service requests to ensure seamless technology operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install and configure PCs, software, and other IT equipment.
- Resolve technical incidents and fulfill service requests.
- Provide user support and troubleshooting.
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment such as printers, routers, and access points (APs) when required.
- Collaborate closely with a Madrid-based coordination team for training, procedures, and tools to perform your duties effectively.
