We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a long-term interim mission and are seeking a candidate who is available immediately to take over as part of a replacement :

CORPORATE & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (M / F)

About Our Client

Our client, a company specializing in property and casualty insurance as well as reinsurance, established following a recent acquisition, is seeking a talented Corporate Secretary & Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their team.

This is a long-term interim mission, and we are looking for someone available immediately to step in as part of a replacement.

Your Missions

  • Governance and Compliance : Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, maintain corporate records, and prepare accurate and timely filings.
  • Board and Committee Support : Organize meetings, draft agendas, and produce precise minutes.
  • Executive Assistance : Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Act as a key liaison between the board, management, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Office Administration : Support office organization and processes, including document preparation and occasional reception duties.

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Experience : 3 to 5 years in a relevant position.
  • Legal and Corporate Expertise : Strong legal and corporate knowledge, with the versatility to occasionally handle reception duties.
  • Presentation Skills : Proficient in PowerPoint and Canva, with the ability to create high-quality presentations.
  • Initiative and Precision : Proactive with a strong sense of rigor and attention to detail.
  • Dynamic and Adaptable : Energetic and versatile, capable of handling diverse responsibilities.
  • Language Skills : Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of French is a valuable asset.
