Your Responsibilities | Legal Secretary – Paralegal – Law Firm – Legal

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the partner, by managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and edit legal documents and correspondence with utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
Efficiently manage communication with clients, both domestically and internationally. This may include reception duties from time to time.
Assist in coordinating legal projects and ensuring seamless workflow within the firm.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.

Profile and Career Path | Legal Secretary – Paralegal – Law Firm – Legal

At least 3 years of experience in a Law Firm in Luxembourg within a similar role is asked.

Experience in an international environment will be considered an asset, although it is not a must.

You have a stable career path and wish to pursue in this direction.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Fluent communication skills in English and French . Any other languages will be a plus but are not mandatory.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
