IT-Support 2nd Level Onsite (m / w / d)

What awaits you :

  • Installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems
  • Deployment and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
  • Hardware repairs and 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system
  • Creation of system documentation

Your skills :

  • Trained IT specialist (m / f / d) for system integration with several years of professional experience
  • Experience in IT support and handling ticketing systems
  • Software + Hardware knowledge in Second Level Support as well as experience in the Microsoft environment
  • Strong communication skills and a good command of English, which you enjoy using on a daily basis
