Your role
Mobility & Parking Management
- Manage parking subscriptions via FIORI and ARCHIBUS, ensuring data accuracy and follow-up
- Liaise with Fonds Belval, security, and reception regarding access issues and incidents
- Prepare occupancy and rotation forecasts using HR data
Fleet & Car-Sharing Management
Supervise the daily operation of the car-sharing service and vehicle fleetValidate user accounts on Moovee, manage incidents, fines, and insurance claimsMonitor fuel and charging consumption and process related invoicesInfrastructure & Project Coordination
Participate in the preparation and follow-up of technical mobility projectsAct as liaison between Finance, Procurement, suppliers, and internal departmentsContribute to sustainable mobility initiatives (charging, intermodality, CO₂ reduction)Analysis & Reporting
Consolidate and analyse data to produce monthly reports and dashboardsIdentify areas for improvement and ensure quality and traceability of proceduresCommunication & Coordination
Serve as main contact for mobility-related matters and manage ServiceNow requestsDraft internal bilingual communications and coordinate between key departmentsYour profile
Strong experience in administrative management, service coordination and budget follow-upExcellent command of internal tools : FIORI, BI, ServiceNow, Atlas, Archibus, OutlookExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with varied internal and external stakeholdersFluent written and verbal communication skills in French and EnglishAbility to structure, prioritize and secure processes efficientlyGenuine interest in sustainable mobility, energy efficiency and innovationTeam spirit, autonomy and strong sense of public serviceWe offer
