You won't be a cog in the machine. You’ll be the engine. As one of the first hires , you’ll work directly with our co-founders to shape a brand with the potential to redefine an entire market. What we offer is a greenfield opportunity – a chance to build something enduring, delightful, and impactful from the ground up.

Aufgaben

In a nutshell : You own and scale our B2B sales channel - from a profitable base to a repeatable, team-driven growth engine.

• Take full ownership of our B2B sales channel including strategy, execution, numbers and results.
• Scale what already works by turning a profitable channel into a predictable, repeatable sales machine .
• Build and document sales processes and playbooks across lead generation, outreach, pipeline and closing.
• Be hands-on in sales with prospecting, pitching and closing while setting the bar for future hires.
• Lay the foundation for a growing sales team including structure, KPIs, hiring profiles and onboarding.
• Use AI tools to automate, improve and scale outreach, follow-ups and reporting.
