TASKS

  • Support the team in running a learning analysis with the different business units and creating tailor-made learning pathways to fullfil those needs
  • Conceptualization, development and running of learning and development inititatives
  • Manage the learning platforms (SuccessFactors LMS; LinkedIn Learning and Degreed), including both content curation and creation, as well as administration
  • Create, adapt and update databases and presentations, including data analysis
  • Create intranet content and keep it updated
  • Support the team with various operational and administrative tasks

    • PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree in business, economics, psychology, sociology, pedagogics or similar
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Very good organizational skills and very strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of learning concepts, theories and learning engagement strategies
  • Learning how to work with new digital platforms comes easy
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills

    • STUDY PROGRAM

    Do you enjoy putting study content directly into practice and thus actively helping to shape the digital future of companies or organizations? With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), you can do both : During your two-year job integrated master's degree, you will be assigned to companies or organizations and implement one or more beneficial projects for them. In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.

    In combination with this job offer, you can study the SIBE Management Master - M.Sc. in International Management, the German-US Dual Degree - M.Sc. / MBA or the SIBE Digitalization Master - M.Sc. in Digital Leadership . All programs offer you various additional MBA options. You also have the chance for intensive exchange and networking as well as the opportunity to design the seminar mode.
