MES Shopfloor Support Engineer L15

This role will be responsibilities for L1 Support activities as mentioned below

• Knowledge on Manufacturing Shop Floor systems line side IT devices (Printers Scanners MRTs etc barcode scanners barcode printers smart devices) and touch points
• Coordination with towers team (SAP CAD / CAM Infrastructure Network and other 3rd Party vendor) for shop floor tasks and issues
• Knowledge on Manufacturing Shop Floor systems high level understanding of the line side IT devices and touch points. like Printers Scanners MRTs etc.
• IT endpoint knowledge applicable on production lines plus endpoint support
• Should be able to check application / system status and health
• Basic software applications knowledge
• Should be able to logon to shop floor applications check basic error status and involve right teams for resolution of issues
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and windows server
• Analytical reasoning and basic troubleshooting skills
• Any working experience in an integrated Shop floor environment (MES SAP and legacy Mfg. systems preferred)
• Any experience in working in High Speed / High Volume / Complex manufacturing environment preferred
• Working experience in “ServiceNow” and knowledge on Incident Problem Change SLM and Knowledge Management processes
• Conduct Training for a small group of end users and super users if necessar
• Prior experience in Manufacturing (preferably in Aero) or similar industry
• Experience working in a dynamic & highly demanding environment
• Experience in handling cross functional cross tower teams
• Experience in working & delivering manufacturing systems preferably on legacy Integration and Plant shop Floor systems
