You represent the procurement & subcontracting management (PSM) organization in the project management team and functionally lead all PSM activities for your project. You can make the difference. The results of your work have a direct impact on Exyte’s business success. You are a member of a multicultural, international growing team. You actively participate in bringing future technology to life.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Setting up and maintaining the procurement execution plan in conjunction with the project execution plan

You define and coordinate all sourcing, purchasing and expediting activities for your project.

You functionally lead a team of project procurement staff and monitor supply chain performance, ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and support negotiations of claims, change orders and variation orders.

Your responsibilities include expediting the timely delivery of goods, materials, and services

Regular status and KPI reporting to the functional leads and project management

Show your expertise

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or engineering

You have profound project and procurement experience in large scale construction and technical plant engineering projects

You have a high level of commercial awareness to serve as your compass to guide your day-to-day work

You have a fluent level in spoken and written German (at least B2) and good knowledge of English

You are experienced in working with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and SAP (benefit)

You have a mindset to act, deliver results and collaborate across the organization

You actively take decisions and take ownership for the choices you make

You are open to work in dynamic projects and welcome change as a chance to grow

You push on your development and encourage others to explore possibilities beyond their comfort zone
