For a global biopharmaceutical company with an impressive portfolio in immunology, oncology, and other therapeutic areas, we are currently seeking a Head of Manufacturing (w / m / d) in Hessen, Germany.

This role will lead a dynamic department focused on clinical products, providing the opportunity to introduce new ideas, structure, and vision within a leading global organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Development and technical and disciplinary management of an interdisciplinary production area in commercial manufacturing
• Serve as the head of production according to §12 AMWHV to ensure GMP-compliant biotechnological production of various clinical products
• Representation of the production area during official inspections and audits
• Representation of the production in organizational and superordinate committees, and cooperation with management
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Support the strategic orientation and ensure the achievement of goals aligned with corporate strategy, including monitoring and reporting suitable key figures
• Organize, develop, and expand existing teams, continuously improving and further developing the production area, and contributing to the growing operations organization
• Collaborate closely with all cross-departmental interfaces and project teams
