We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Operations & Maintenance team as a Support Engineer. Curious about what this role entails? Let’s dive in :

• Establish and continuously improve software maintenance processes, standards, and SLA mechanisms.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base, FAQs, and incident review systems to boost team efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure fast resolution of issues from customers and internal teams.
• Define response strategies based on issue severity and escalate critical problems promptly.
• Monitor version quality and analyze defect trends to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D, delivery, product, and sales teams to accelerate issue resolution and enhance customer satisfaction.
