• Collaborate with clients to assess their current DevOps practices, identify bottlenecks, and design tailored strategies for improvement
• Recommend and implement cutting-edge DevOps tools and technologies, with a deep familiarity with CI / CD tools like Gitlab, to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes
• Lead efforts to establish and enhance CI / CD pipelines, ensuring rapid and reliable delivery of high-quality software
• Work with clients to implement IaC practices, utilizing tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies to automate infrastructure provisioning
• Guide clients in adopting containerization platforms (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) for efficient deployment and scaling
• Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions to enable real-time visibility into application performance and system health
• Advice on best practices for integrating security measures and compliance checks throughout the DevOps lifecycle
• Advocate for a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional teamwork to drive DevOps adoption within client organizations
• Fluent in both English and German, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts in both languages
• Deep expertise in CI / CD tools such as Gitlab, and a strong knowledge of orchestration tools (REST, Docker, Microservices, Kubernetes) and related DevOps practices
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and devise effective solutions
• Proven ability to understand and address client needs, build strong relationships, and provide valuable insights and recommendations
• Demonstrated commitment to staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DevOps
