Your tasks
- You are responsible for providing guidance instructions and SAP technical support to the Department Heads of Creos Luxembourg regarding the forecast and budget processes (deadlines, KPI and KFI’s definition and computation, main assumptions, SAP loading) to ensure a successful process and reliable figures
- You run SAP closing for Controlling Creos Luxembourg and prepare on due time the monthly and quarterly reports to Group and Creos CMC in collaboration with other members of the Controlling department
- You thoroughly analyse and explain deviations between actuals and forecast / budget for Creos Luxembourg and support the Creos Management in developing mitigation actions
- You provide ad hoc financial analyses to Creos Management and the Group on different financial topics (KPI, etc.), and propose recommendations
- You collaborate closely with Group finance and controlling departments on finance topics
- You support in internal and external audits, or other consultancy work on finance topics
- You run numerous projects for Finance, and you actively define and implement improvements / automatization to the Grid financial controlling processes
- You implement and regularly update the adequate analytical structure for the Grid and support the different departments with trainings
- You ensure the full transparency of business results, finance processes and thus contribute to higher economic effectiveness
- You are willingly taking opportunity of the incentive regulation to propose process improvements and optimizations to maximise grid results
Your profile
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, controlling or any related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function
- A proficient knowledge of established accounting standards (Lux GAAP, IFRS)
- Valuable commands of SAP are considered a must have
- Cogent analytical mindset
- You are results oriented, stress-resistant and a good communicator
- A strong team spirit combined with rigor and organisation in carrying out your tasks
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in German, English and French. Fluency in Luxembourgish is considered an asset
