Senior AI Engineer (f / m / d)

Your mission

We are looking for a driven and experienced  (Senior) AI Engineer (f / m / d) to join our team in Munich. In this role, you will design and build production-grade AI systems that power deeploi’s intelligent IT workflows. You will take ownership of developing and deploying LLM-based automation solutions that reduce manual work, accelerate support processes, and enhance the experience of both our customers and internal teams.

Here are the detailed tasks :

• Design and implement LLM-based ticket classification and intent extraction pipelines for Zendesk and Intercom contexts.
• Build and maintain real-time recommendation and routing pipelines for support workflows.
• Lead prompt engineering and model fine-tuning to ensure production-quality performance.
• Develop MLOps infrastructure , including model serving, CI / CD, and monitoring for deployed systems.
• Validate impact through clear KPIs such as reduced resolution times, improved first-touch resolution, and automation efficiency.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing TypeScript / Python services and collaborate closely with support and product teams.
• Document and share best practices to scale AI capabilities across the organization and mentor engineers in applying LLM-driven solutions.
