Your mission
In this role youre responsible for leading a diverse international team across presales project delivery technical support and supply chain operations . You provide support across all of our different products and y ou oversee the full customer journey from solution consulting and implementation to customer success and service excellence ensuring value realization and fast return on investment for our customers .
You drive the transformation of our service organization into a scalable standardized and globally aligned function. Overseeing the execution of implementation projects you ensure theyre delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership empowers the team to deliver highquality service optimize operations and contribute directly to business growth.
Youre also responsible for :
Guiding the presales consulting team to deliver solutions aligned with customer requirements .
Support ing global support and service teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Securing a robust and efficient supply chain for Cribwise related hardware.
Defining KPIs across service delivery project execution and support operations using data to drive continuous improvement.
Acting as executive sponsor for critical customer cases .
Collaborating closely with our product teams sales marketing and tech nology teams to align service strategies with business goals.
The location for this position is in Tbingen Germany or Stockholm Sweden.
Your profile
Were looking for someon e with a strong background in software and the manufacturing industry with deep expertise in service management processes. You bring proven experience in building and growing international service organizations ideally within a global matrixed environment. Youre skilled in project management and vendor management and you use data to inform strategic decisions. Being financially savvy youre able to manage budgets forecast needs and ensure profitability. With technical proficiency you understand software development processes tools and technologies to effectively manage service delivery . Your knowledge is backed by a degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience and certifications like ITIL or PMP are a plus. As were a global organization youre proficient in English both verbally and written.
Youre a strategic thinker with a handson approach to leadership inspire and empower your team by fostering a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement . Your problemsolving skills are exceptional and you thrive in complex fastpaced environments. You re a natural collaborator who communicates effectively across cultures and functions and youre adept at resolving conflicts and aligning diverse stakeholders around common goals.
