Positions : Customer Service Specialist (m / w / d) - Pharma & -vitro Diagnostics

- Serve as the primary contact for national and international customers in the field of medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics
- Manage and administer delivery and service contracts (e.g., MSA), including pricing, delivery terms, contract renewals, and amendments
- Receive, review, and process customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, GxP)
- Coordinate and closely collaborate with production Supply Chain, logistics, quality assurance, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure timely, quality- and compliance-compliant deliveries
- Maintain and update customer data, contract terms, and relevant documentation in the system
- Process customer purchase orders in the ERP system, monitor and control delivery dates, inventory, and backorders; proactively communicate in case of deviations
- Support the preparation of forecasts and manage them in the ERP system, handle complaints, and participate in S&OP processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences) or comparable commercial / technical training with relevant professional experience
- At least 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or internal sales, ideally in a regulated environment (medical devices, pharma, diagnostics)
- Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, GxP) and experience with quality-related processes
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, high service orientation, and organizational talent
- Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
