Senior Graphic Designer (m/f/d)
Your areas of responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee design projects, providing creative direction and mentorship to junior designers
- Ensure consistency and excellence in design quality across all projects
- Create visually compelling designs for various mediums including digital, print, web, social media, and more
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with project goals and brand guidelines
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies when necessary
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all design materials adhere to established standards and reflect the company’s visual identity
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure efficient workflow. Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders
Your profile of qualification :
- Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, strong leadership skills, as well as a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to review and critique design work effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English, German language is a plus
