Position Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Group Controller to spearhead the development and implementation of a KPI-driven financial strategy. This role is pivotal in driving the company's financial performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and supporting strategic initiatives aligned with private equity goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Planning and Analysis :
- Lead the development of comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify key financial and operational KPIs to monitor performance and guide strategy.
KPI Development and Reporting :
Define, develop, and monitor KPIs across the group’s business units.Create dynamic dashboards and reporting tools for real-time performance tracking.Provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders based on KPI analysis.Strategic Initiatives :
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.Partner with operational teams to align financial goals with business operations.Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and post-merger integration.Stakeholder Communication :
Act as the primary liaison between the company and its private equity investors for financial reporting and performance updates.Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the board and investors.Process Optimization :
Streamline financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Implement best practices for financial management and reporting within a private equity framework
