Responsibilities :
Acting as our In-House It Consultant for Workday Recruiting, you’ll sit at the intersection of HR and IT , turning complex, diverse business needs into simple, scalable solutions . Your work will streamline global recruiting processes, elevate data quality and reporting, and enable faster, smarter hiring decisions.
Own the Workday Recruiting roadmap with HR partners—translate multi-country requirements into clear configurations and actionable workflows .
Design, Test, and Iterate : Delivering high-quality setups, dashboards, and reports that drive data‑informed decisions .
Solve the Hard Stuff : Leading resolution of complex (3rd‑level) issues and guide teammates to elevate shared understanding.
Deliver Reliably : Managing projects end‑to‑end to meet scope, time, and budget expectations.
Champion Quality : Improving data integrity so stakeholders can trust the numbers .
Qualifications :
Several years of experience in Workday Recruiting with solid reporting and implementation experience.
Bachelor's Degree in IT, HR, Business, or comparable field.
Fluency in English; Workday Pro (Recruiting) is a plus.
A strong grasp of HR systems & processes and the technical mindset to partner with IT and HR across diverse Business Groups.
Customer‑centric , solution‑oriented , proactive, and team‑focused —able to explain complex topics simply and drive consensus.
