As a Responsible Compliance , your main responsibilities will include :

Monitoring and assessing the company’s compliance with AML / CFT / CPF regulations in Luxembourg.

Ensuring the effective oversight of policies, procedures, and processes related to regulatory compliance.

Reviewing and validating high-risk client relationships , conducting enhanced due diligence as required.

Leading training and awareness programs on AML / CFT to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Preparing compliance reports for senior management, the Board of Directors, and regulatory authorities.

Acting as the primary contact point for the CSSF and other regulatory bodies.

Keeping track of regulatory developments and implementing necessary compliance adjustments.

Providing guidance and mentorship to compliance team members to ensure a strong compliance culture.

Supporting internal and external audits , ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

As a Responsible Compliance , you bring the following skills and qualifications :

Proven experience in compliance, ideally as an RC (Responsible for Control) within funds or corporate services.

Strong knowledge of Luxembourg AML / CFT regulations and international compliance frameworks.

Ability to manage tight deadlines while delivering practical and effective solutions.

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively .

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , fostering collaboration across teams.

Fluency in English ; proficiency in French or another European language is an asset.
