Specifically, this means :

  • You will be responsible for quality assurance and improvement in our software development process for digital customer products.
  • You will design, develop, and implement automated test scripts using Cucumber and TypeScript and integrate them into our CI / CD pipeline.
  • You will work closely with our agile product teams to create test specifications, define test cases, and ensure practical test coverage.
  • Your insights will help developers identify and resolve errors efficiently.
  • You will be responsible for continuously optimizing test automation and adapting it to new requirements.
  • Additionally, you will design and implement (or manage) automated integration tests.
  • Finally, you will contribute to the ongoing development, optimization, and company-wide standardization of internal quality processes.

Your Technical Background

  • You have extensive experience with common testing tools, such as Cucumber and frontend testing frameworks like Selenium.
  • You are passionate about software development, ideally in TypeScript.
  • A strong expertise in cloud-based platforms and services, preferably Azure, allows you to develop scalable solutions.
  • Web and application standards such as REST paradigms, Open API, and OAuth2 are naturally part of your skill set.
  • You have a deep understanding of agile development methods and software quality assurance and use them strategically to create high-quality solutions.
