As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and driving business growth. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets through upselling and renewals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
  • Work closely with the implementation and support teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the onboarding process and throughout their partnership with GoHire Demo.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our recruitment software and provide product demos as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends, as well as competitors' offerings, to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the software / technology industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering a positive client experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
