To manage operating activities and coordinate progress of the work.Additional description To implement, update, and manage the production group. To monitor the complete schedule for his or her aircraft or activity and ensure that the team to be working on it correctly accounts for each stage of the process. To ensure the availability and quality of parts, sub-assemblies, sections, documentation, production orders, as well as the availability of resources. To manage the handling of obstacles with all teams and to ensure implementation of curative, corrective, and preventive actions. To communicate directly with the customer on the progress status of his or her activity.To determine the required resources and skills, and to ensure their availability and qualification.To be able to commit, meet deadlines, and alert management in the event of a lack of resources.To coordinate the work of other partners and ensure the progress of the remaining scheduled work.To actively participate in improvement processes.To achieve the level of performance and yield established by the Production Manager.To ensure application of the HSE, 5S and FOD rules by his or her teams and by him or herself.To know and apply the Quality and HSE policies and objectives at his or her position levelCandidate skills & requirements Baccalaureate + 2-year degree in Production Engineering and / or 3 to 8 years' experience in team and production management. Strong technical experience in aerospace / rail electrical wiring. Strong knowledge of the computer tools used (SHARP, CIRCE, SAP, D2D3, etc.). Good interpersonal skills.
