WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Due to the strategic realignment of the Coatings business unit, a dedicated finance department is being established. This presents an exciting opportunity to develop and shape the finance organization from its foundation. Therefore, we are looking for a Specialist Transfer Pricing with the following objectives.

• In your new position you develop, implement and monitor transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Together with your colleagues from Finance, Tax and Legal you design intercompany pricing strategies and support business restructurings.
• You perform detailed financial and economic analyses, prepare robust transfer pricing documentation (master and local files) and align contents with OECD guidelines.
• Furthermore you support audit processes, manage communication with tax authorities and represent the company on transfer pricing matters.
• Last but not least you build and lead the EC transfer pricing team, select appropriate tools (including SAP-based solutions) and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
