As a Trust & Safety Specialist you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content to uphold community guidelines. Key Responsibilities :

Review and evaluate text images videos and links to ensure adherence to platform policieswithout exposure to sensitive content
Apply moderation guidelines consistently to maintain a safe and respectful online community
Handle user appeals with professionalism offering clear explanations of moderation actions
Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices
Stay up to date with emerging digital trends to refine moderation strategies
Provide insights to improve moderation tools and processes for greater efficiency

Qualifications :

C1 / C2 proficiency in German

B2 proficiency in English

EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card

Strong leadership analytical and communication skills

Eagerness to learn and grow
