RPO Implementation & Continuous Improvement Manager (remotely from Germany)

As an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Implementation & CI Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of recruitment outsourcing solutions for client programs in Germany as well as engaging with current RPO program teams with the Continuous Improvement Framework.
This role requires a blend of project management skills, client relationship management, and deep understanding of recruitment processes.
You will work closely with clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of RPO solutions that meet client objectives and expectations.
Key responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process, from project kick off to post-implementation review
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including country delivery teams, PowerSuite / IntelliReach teams, and support staff, to ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
- Plan and facilitate the change management strategy with the client to ensure adoption of new processes, delivery teams and PowerSuite
- Establish project governance processes to monitor the effectiveness and performance of RPO solutions post-implementation
- Conduct comprehensive review of current RPO programs using the Continuous Improvement Framework model
- Make data-driven recommendations for further enhancements based on performance insights
- Develop and implement a CI strategy for the RPO program
- Design innovative solutions and process enhancements to address identified gaps and inefficiencies in line with the Best in Class benchmark
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools
Requirements :
- Proficiency in German and English language.
- Proven experience within the recruitment industry, preferably in the implementation of recruitment outsourcing solutions or program management.
- Proven experience in process improvement, preferably in the recruitment or HR domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to demonstrate ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization and performance improvement.
