The HRS Business TravelClub (BTC) is the Business Unit managing and developingthe HRS E-Commerce platforms of the well-known hotel portalbusinesses of HRS.de and HOTEL.DE that gradually transform intomuch more than “just” a platform. BTC provides its members,individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range ofexclusive services, which shape tomorrow´s upgraded travelexperience. The goal of BTC is to deliver growth as well assustainable profitability over time by enhancing customer loyaltybetween the brand and its customers, enabling the BrandsRepositioning in the marketplace and unlocking additionalpotentials via optimized supplier management. Thus, BTC and itsproducts play an important role in HRS´s DACH strategy as itrevolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel andworkplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the BusinessTravel DACH market. Your mission is to further develop and shapethe "The HRS Business Travel Club" and its solutions and make itthe next innovation of the HRS Group together with a greatteam.
POSITION
Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced product leader to joinour team as Director Product Management.
In thisrole, you will lead our product teams of six people, drive thediscovery phase of new features, and optimize our booking funnelsfor maximum efficiency and conversion.
You willcoach and develop product managers, implementing modern productmanagement practices into the organization. This role is integralin defining the strategic and operational direction of productdevelopment for the HRS Business Travel Club E-Commerceunit.
