Key responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance in your assigned area of responsibility to cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE. Each day, you will support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions and advice. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain.

You will be mainly accountable for :

• You will work independently in organizational and operational terms in the company medical station at ABB Stotz Kontakt Heidelberg under the professional supervision of the responsible company doctor.
• You prepare the company doctor's consultation and support the conduct of occupational health examinations.
• You will also provide support in the acute care of sick and injured employees as well as in the initial treatment of work-related accidents.
• Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you always achieve good cooperation with the company departments.
