Under the direction of the Vice Rectorate for Academic and Student Affairs, the "Service des Études et de la Vie Étudiante" (SEVE) is seeking to appoint a Student Officer. The SEVE is central in the student administration life cycle, from student application to graduation.
Your role
The Student Officer will be responsible for administrative and organizational tasks. A responsible and professional attitude is expected at all times in this position in contact with students and various users.
Activities :
Process student enrolment files and check diplomas.
Monitoring, documenting and communicating information and data relating to students.
Contribute to the production of ad hoc analyses and statistics.
Drafting minutes of meetings and monitoring financial flows.
Ensuring that tasks are properly coordinated between the admissions team and the faculties.
Updating the department's procedures and documentation (e.g. Accreditation of prior learning).
