Senior Customer Program Manager – Automotive (Stuttgart Region, Germany)
Salary : Up to €160k + 40%

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Program Manager (CPM) to join our team in the Stuttgart Region, Germany. This is a pivotal role in supporting our rapidly growing automotive business and driving success with our esteemed customers in one of the world’s leading automotive hubs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and Deliver : Define program scope, articulate key program information, and ensure successful delivery of customer requirements while meeting company objectives.
- Coordinate and Plan : Develop project charters, create detailed Gantt charts, perform critical path analyses, and execute recovery strategies to safeguard program milestones.
- Foster Collaboration : Represent the company in customer meetings, events, and communications, ensuring alignment between customer needs and organizational capabilities.
- Mitigate Risks : Conduct program-level risk and impact analyses and implement strategic responses.
- Drive Innovation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Software, Hardware, Mechanical, Functional Safety, and Cybersecurity) to deliver cutting-edge automotive solutions.
- Build Relationships : Establish and nurture multi-level customer relationships to support account strategy and drive growth within the automotive market.
- Enhance Communication : Provide consistent program updates, ensuring clarity on Scope, Quality, and Cost objectives.
Qualifications :
Proven Experience : Extensive background in program and product launches within the automotive sector, with at least 6 years in program or project management roles.Technical Expertise : Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent). Strong understanding of managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.Customer Focus : Demonstrated success in managing relationships with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs in Europe.Leadership Skills : Exceptional ability to lead within a matrixed environment across Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, Sales, and Finance functions.Product Development Knowledge : Hands-on experience from quotation through production launch.Preferred Qualifications :
MBA or an advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering.PMP certification or equivalent program management credential.Global product development experience.Expertise in launching opto-mechatronic systems, such as LiDAR, Cameras, or 3D sensors.Why Join Us?
