Where the Sales Enablement Manager will make a difference
Develop and Implement Sales Enablement Strategies : Create and execute comprehensive sales enablement plans for the EMEA region that align with the company’s goals and sales objectives.
Onboarding and Training : Design and deliver sales training programs and materials to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, and tools utilization.
Content Creation and Management : Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to create high-quality sales collateral, presentations, and other materials that support the sales process and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to prospects and customers.
Manage and optimize sales content ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Tool and Technology Management : Ensure the sales team is proficient in using sales tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and others.
Introduce new tools as necessary and provide ongoing support and training.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, customer success, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze the performance of sales enablement programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Market Intelligence : stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform sales and marketing strategies and tactics, enabling the company to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Who you are right now
- Working as a Sales Enablement Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience within the SaaS or technology industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs for smaller, more agile companies and businesses.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies, with experience in complex, consultative sales environments.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute against a regional sales enablement roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead projects.
- Proven experience in an international and multicultural environment.
- Collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving customer success.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
