Facility Management – Maintenance Technician (f / m / d)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintenance and servicing of conveyor and material-handling systems, including sensor technology
- Carrying out maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on building services systems, including HVAC, fire alarm, security, and building management systems
- Operation of and troubleshooting faults in building services installations such as heating systems, elevators, roller doors, conveyor technology, doors, sanitary systems, air conditioning, and ventilation
- Acting as a point of contact for external service providers as well as service and maintenance partners
- Carrying out minor repairs
- Independent identification, analysis, and resolution of technical faults, including performing repairs or corrective actions, if necessary in coordination with equipment suppliers
WHO YOU ARE
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or a related fieldRelevant professional experience in the respective areas, including experience with safety standardsExperience in the maintenance of machinery and networked automated production linesKnowledge and experience in building services engineering, such as HVAC systems, fire alarm systems, security systems, building management systems, and conveyor technologyExperience handling process-relevant equipment in a warehouse environmentVery good communication skills and a respectful, appreciative approach when working with colleagues, service providers, and tradespeopleStrong organizational skills, an independent working style, and flexibility in working hours (on-call and shift availability)WHAT WE OFFER
