Building and expanding our brand presence in Italy by establishing successful partnerships with key influencers on various platforms.
Identifying contacting and negotiating with influencers and agencies to create mutually beneficial collaborations ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Developing and implementing influencer marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness and engagement driving our growth in the Italian market.
Tracking and analyzing the success of influencer partnerships through key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure a datadriven approach for maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Collaborating closely with other teams related to the Italian market to integrate influencer marketing into larger campaigns for maximum impact.
Staying uptodate on industry trends competitor strategies and new social media platforms to keep our brand ahead of the curve in the Italian market.

Your profile

Minimum 12 years of experience in influencer marketing with proven success in campaign execution and influencer relationship management.

Bachelors degree in marketing communication or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

You live in Berlin or the surrounding area and are happy to be on site at our headquarters in Schneberg.

You have excellent Italian and strong English communication skills.

Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and analytics to measure campaign success and drive continuous improvement.

Indepth understanding of social media platforms especially in Italy and a passion for staying on top of influencer marketing trends.

Outstanding negotiation skills relationshipbuilding abilities and the capacity to communicate and present ideas effectively.

You are c reative flexible and organized with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
