Your Responsibility :

  • Automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, PowerShell, and Bash.
  • Monitor application and infrastructure performance to identify bottlenecks and assure system health.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize internal tools like Jira and Confluence for project planning and tracking, ensuring these platforms meet the evolving needs of our development teams.
  • Customize Jira workflows, schemes, and dashboards to streamline project management and enhance team productivity.
  • Develop and implement Confluence templates and spaces to improve documentation practices and collaboration across teams.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to teams on best practices for utilizing Atlassian tools, ensuring effective usage and adoption.
  • Bridge communication between development, operations, and security teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Empower our software development teams to deliver quality to the customers every day by optimizing toolchains and processes.
  • Collaborate with and share your work results and knowledge with our network of R&D teams, including contributions to Jira and Confluence improvements.
  • Support the product owner in defining epics, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure these are effectively tracked in Jira.
  • Contribute your own ideas in our agile development process, including suggestions for enhancing Atlassian tool usage and integration.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies relevant to the project, including staying up to date with the latest Atlassian platform updates and best practices.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver assigned work to the best of your ability, while ensuring that Jira and Confluence environments are optimized for team success.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Your Profile :

  • BS or MS in computer science or related engineering disciplines
  • 1+ year as a DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, or System Administrator.
  • Requires guidance from senior engineers but demonstrates self-reliance in basic tasks. Open to learning and improving under supervision.
  • Familiar with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), but learning to master advanced configurations and optimizations.
  • Eager to develop skills in new technologies and methodologies.
  • Experience in cloud software development is a major advantage.

  • Able to solve well-defined technical problems with support.
  • Knowledge in software development tools and methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of methodologies like agile development, CloudOps and TDD / BDD.
  • Technical enthusiast with broad overview constantly eager to engage in new technologies and challenges.
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. German advantageous.
  • Self-organized and self-reliant, but willing to learn and share knowledge.
  • Open-minded, communicative, and with strong commitment.
  • Strife and readiness for improvement and learning of new techniques.
