What you'll do
Design, prototype, and productionize LLM-powered use cases end-to-end.
Continuously improve ML and data pipelines.
Optimize evaluation and experimentation workflows.
Work directly with the founders (ex-Alcemy, Capmo, Walnut).
You're a fit if you
Have 3+ years building and shipping applied AI or ML products.
Love working 01, owning customer problems end-to-end.
Are fluent in German (spoken/written) and based in Berlin (or willing to relocate).
Thrive in small, fast-moving teams with high autonomy.
Bonus
Experience at early-stage startups or founding teams.
Past wins shipping GenAI in production (prompt tuning, RAG, evals, etc).
Tech stack
