Located in Berlin Germany we are a team of 30 international entrepreneurial missiondriven and super friendly colleagues.Who is missing now is you a Senior Finance Manager who will be responsible for everything financial not only from an operational perspective but also with a strong strategic mindset. If you have first experiences with Controlling and you would like to build on that read on!

What you will be doing :

  • You will take ownership for daily operational finance accounting and controlling topics
  • You will support business planning and target setting reporting
  • You will define and monitor financial metrics and KPIs
  • You will be responsible for refining and updating our financial model
  • You ensure compliance according to all German and EU statutory and regulatory requirements
  • You work collaboratively with our CEO the tax office and other crossfunctional team members

What your skills package should look like :

  • You have 3 years of experience in Controlling Accounting and Finance in another startup with an international environment
  • You have a strong technical and legal knowledge of German Tax Law and accounting
  • You bring experience in handling international finance processes particularly transfer pricing
  • You have experience with financial modeling (you use Excel without a mouse)
  • You bring the ability to thrive in a fastpaced fastchanging work environment
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • A legal background / expertise would be a plus
