As an Engineering Manager, you will take complete responsibility for your team and take the necessary initiatives to best support your team in all their tasks and growth opportunities.

Your role

• Grow and manage a team of 4-8 engineers, fostering career development and promoting self-organization
• Work closely with Engineering Managers, Architects, and Head of Engineering to implement technical vision
• Be a key player in engineering leadership, ensuring smooth integration between teams and departments
• Create an agile, autonomous team contributing to a seamless shopping experience
• Liaise with the product owner, defining the team's strategic direction aligning with business needs
• Demonstrate software architecture knowledge, delivering innovative solutions for customer-centric shopping

Your Profile

• 5+ years hands-on experience crafting scalable software using NodeJS, Python, React, and TypeScript
• Excellent knowledge of frontend and / or backend development patterns and methodologies
• Seasoned leader with over two years of agile technical leadership, steering teams towards triumph in complex projects
• Proven track record of leveraging AWS technologies for over two years, ensuring the creation of robust and scalable solutions
• Dedicated mentorship approach that ignites team potential, fostering growth and innovation
• Proficient in harmonizing business objectives with technical requirements, facilitating cross-departmental consensus and alignment
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is a must

What we offer you

• Full transparency : For this role, we have a salary band between 93,000€ and 115,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
