IACS Registrar

We are looking for individuals who want to join our Team in Garmisch, Germany.

JOB OPENING

• Title : IACS Administrative Personnel
• Location : Garmisch, Germany
• Start Date : Immediately
• Job-Type : Part-Time On-Call (PTOC) Substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the IACS administrative office.

Personnel should be available on short notice.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide customer service.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Process D-Bid passes.
• Basic data entry.
• Additionally, registrars are required to process access roster lists for individuals requiring access on the post for special occasions and other on-post functions.

A registrar will also implement and understand all U.S. Army regulations pertaining to the IACS and work with the DES / PMO to ensure information and submissions are completed accurately.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma.
• US citizen over 18 years old.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in customer service administration.
• US ID card holder with base access.

Location
