About Us :

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner with deep expertise in Video Conferencing Infrastructure. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of our Video Conferencing service and play a pivotal role in our mission to provide Video Conferencing as a Service.

Key Responsibilities :

As the Product Owner for Video Conferencing Infrastructure at NTX , you will lead the vision, strategy, and development of our Video Conferencing service. Your responsibilities will include :

1. Vision and Strategy : Develop a compelling vision for our Video Conferencing service, aligned with our business objectives, and create a strategic roadmap to achieve it.

2. Customer Understanding : Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges related to Video Conferencing, utilizing this knowledge to drive innovative solutions.

3. Service Catalogue : Define and manage the service catalogue for Video Conferencing as a Service, ensuring it aligns with customer expectations and market trends.

4. Automation : Lead efforts to automate and streamline Video Conferencing operations, with a focus on improving efficiency and user experience.

5. Operation Oversight : Collaborate with operational teams to monitor and collect lessons learned from service operation, using this feedback to continuously improve service design.

6. User Stories : Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect customer requirements and the product roadmap.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with development teams, architects, engineers, and customer support to ensure successful service delivery.

8. Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in the Video Conferencing service.

Your profile :

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications :

• Video Conferencing Expertise : Proven expertise in Video Conferencing infrastructure, including knowledge of industry-leading solutions.
• Product Ownership : Experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a technology-related field.
• Customer-Centric : Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to gather customer insights and translate them into valuable product features.
• Visionary : Ability to create a compelling product vision and inspire teams to work towards that vision.
• Curiosity : A natural curiosity and a passion for discovering relevant facts to serve customers better.
• Leadership : Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
• Automation Skills : Proficiency in automation tools and practices to drive service efficiency.
• Service Catalogue Management : Experience in defining and managing service catalogues.
• Communication : Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
