A Day in the Life
- Act as subject matter expect for Facilities related GxP systems and procedures ( temperature and alarm monitoring software)
- Plan, oversee and support new and extension projects on our sites
- Ensure that new and extension projects are carried out in line with company’s requirements and completed on time within budget and to the highest standards
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned technical and engineering projects
- Coordinate with Service provider to ensure maintenance project objectives are met and on time
- Acts as point of contact for day-to-day project issues
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to schedule and implement routine maintenance, calibration and repairs of equipment
- Develop and implement with the service provider maintenance strategies, including preventive and corrective maintenance plans, to ensure efficient performance and longevity of assets
- Lead compliance efforts by effectively using quality tools for documenting and managing deviation, change controls, action items and corrective and preventive actions
Keys to Success
Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering – Mechanical, Manufacturing or related areaExperience
3+ years’ experience in project engineering or related roleKnowledge, Skills, Abilities
Excellent communication skills in English and GermanExperience in working in project teams and multiple projects in parallel.Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management and industry best practicesProficiency in project management, software and tools ( MS Project)Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think criticallyHigh level of attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentGood knowledge of IT systemsWhat we offer
